TWITAFCS standings

Hoo boy.  To the surprise of nobody, the Jags got smoked on Sunday. To the surprise of many, indynoplace enjoyed decent quarterback play on a Sunday. Oh yeah, tinhorns won, tacks lost, and water remains wet. Pickers are thinning out as the season drags on, thanks in large part to a very boring and predictable AFCS season. To make matters worse, only two picks this week, and it's unlikely that there's much variation among the picks.

TN @ HOU: Come on, sweet meteor of death, we're pulling for a surprise appearance this weekend. PLEASE.

DET @ IND: Gus Bradley's best hope is that the loins are still gassed from Sunday's track meet against the hapless Jags.

Duval is on a bye, and at 1330 Monday EST, it appears that the owner is also taking the week off. Picking games is not a challenge for this team, but figuring out how they operate? Well that's a whole other story.

tinHORNS 11 tacks 4: tinhorns walk out of the back of the end zone late to cheese off the bookmakers. The NFL retaliates by asking coach Ryans to submit to a drug test immediately following the game.

loins 42 horseSHOES 10: Boom. In a surprise move, Irsay fires Steichen and Ballard immediately after the game, and his only words to the press are, "That's how you do it, Shad."

I sent mine to Snowy last week.

copycat didn't copy anybody and it paid off. Good call on the Titans.

Thanks. The tacks always play Houston tough so I went with my gut.

If the Jags could show a pulse next week and miraculously upset the Texans, it could set up a scenario with the Colts having a chance to win the division in week 18 given the Colts' and Texan's upcoming schedules.

1-1 for me. Happy for the win though.
