It begins this coming Monday.  

In one corner, from India, 18-year-old Gukesh Dommaraju!!!  And in the opposite corner, from the People's Republic of China, World Champion Ding Liren!!!

14 games for the World Championship of Chess!!!  

Magnus Carlsen has vacated his title.  Gukesh is a heavy favorite to become the youngest World Chess Champion in history.

After 13 games, World Champion Ding Liren has regained his championship form, and the match is tied. It all comes down to the game tomorrow. I'm sure all you guys will be glued to your screen, watching two guys staring at a chess board for hours.

Singapore.  Final moments of the World Chess Championship.  All tied, 14th game, and it looks like it's going to be a draw and they will have to play it off, but then... Ding makes a mistake.  And 18-year-old Gukesh of India becomes the youngest world champion is history.
