HEAD COACH
Sorry. If your team goes 3-15 in your last 18 games...your defense is worse in the league, and has not been a physical defense for 2 seasons...and both your QBs look better in the no huddle offense than they do running the "system"...then you need to be gone.
Baalke first...
Defensive Tackle is starting to look pretty damn important too.
It’s hard to argue with that
I will State my openly either right or wrong. I am sticking to players only. Yes we need Khan to blow it up but just players here.
1. QB plan B: I can admit I was wrong about Matt Jones possibly securing the Job. The team needs a plan B in case ether Lawrence continues to struggle (we can't keep having sub 200 yard passing games) or Lawrence takes another big shot and goes down again.
2. Defensive line: Josh Allen and Travon Walker are not good enough to create a consistent pass rush. We watched this past Sunday and many others of opposing Qb's having all day in the pocket. Travon and Hines-Allen are the same kind of rusher. They make a Splash play here and there but disappear for long stretches of the game or even the season. We need a couple of guys with a consistent motor that put fear in opposing Qb's. We need some push from the interior in the worst way. DT's and a 3rd effectice defensive end
3. Wide Receiver: BJT is the only legit WR on the team. Kirk is hurt and probably will get released this offseason to save cap space. (His salary is $20+ million for 2025) and the cap hit is $12-$15 million. It's a passing League and you can't win playing old school dominant defense without scoring some points.
4. Safety: Cisco blew his chance to get the bag while Savage flat out sucks. I don't know about Jarrian Jones going out there but we need 2 new starters. Dewey has been hurt and plays his role as a good backup but we have 2 backups starting right now.
5. Offensive line: Need some guys in the middle who can consistently push forward the running lanes. Baalke keeps getting these smaller guards while I think we need some BIG BOYS in the interior. Walker I think has secured the LT spot and we have not been complaining about Harrison lately so that tells me he has not totally stunk.

I agree with most of what you said in the opposite order. And I don’t think having a back up/plan b qb even cracks my top 10 of things that are wrong with this team.
Agree to disagree on that part

Agree with the reverse order, I also think CB has to be somewhere in the list. With 4-2-5 being the most used scheme, you need 3 starting CBs and depth.
