Our team needs new coordinators not a new HC. But if it's decided that we will jump back in the ring for another complete change, the pickings will be slim other than Chicago's OC to be our HC.
I just don't feel that an complete change over every 3-4 years is the answer to our problems.

NH3...
I don't think any of us WANT to be here. Many expected different trajectory of this team not only when he was hired, but especially once we rallied to make the playoffs in year one.
But looking at his demeanor, whether it's the way we never seem to start strong, the poor performances even after changing coaches and/or schemes, or even the droll interaction with the media, I have zero confidence that Doug is the guy to right the ship. Does everything change if we ax Baalke and let Doug and his gang stick around? It shouldn't. If the GM is the only problem, we would still see creative plays or great opportunities that are solely failing due to lacking talent. We've seen good players get worse, We've seen countless weeks where gameplans are fruitless, we've seen boneheaded play calls at the most inopportune times. None of those are on the GM. If Doug is passive-aggressively tanking the team because him and Baalke don't see eye to eye, he's dumber than anyone gives him credit for and he's sealing his own fate in the process.
I don't see how Doug survives this, at minimum.

So if they're 2-15, Doug gone with Baalke staying but 4-13.... They keep everyone?
Come on now. A couple meaningless wins does nothing for this group. They are all gone and I would bet anyone that they are all gone.
It’s not Shad’s history to do so. Has he ever made a clean sweep?

no one is getting fired. we will still have everyone next season. both doug, and trent will use all the injuries as a excuse. so they will end up staying. also Trevor has been playing hurt al season, they just weren't telling us about his injury.

Highly doubt it. There has to be an answer for this fallout of this magnitude. You can't go 9 - 8, 9 - 8 (After starting off 8 - 3) and then 2 - 10 (really, 3 - 25 from last year since Trevor's ankle injury and slew of other injuries that occurred after that) and then say everything is just peachy and better luck next year.
There's some holes in this team still. The talent dropped off this year. That's including special teams outside of the Kicker and Punter. Doug's body language and tone at the podium is woefully different than the Doug we saw in 2022. His offensive coaching staff has remained relatively unchanged and unscathed since day one here, and yet, it's been the most disappointing group in my opinion.
All of them need to go. You just inked Trevor to a pivotal contract. You just inked Josh Hines-Allen and Tyson Campbell to pivotal contracts. You have to start over now while you can and inject a new culture with a clear vision to capitalize on these guys primes while you can. Dragging Doug and Trent back for 2025 is suicide.
You can't use injuries as an excuse when you were god awful with everyone healthy.

Exactly. Also, if that IS your excuse? Then what does that say about the overall talent on your roster?
I still think Shad cleans house completely
Everyone stays ..... but Doug's contract is up or he steps aside so Press Taylor can take over.
