Not guilty verdict just returned. Now the civil suit from his parents who basically abandoned him is hanging out there, waiting to start.

Been following this case from the start..... it's a politically motivated persecution by a racist DA..... And a Judge that doesn't adhere to his own directions or law..........

Daniel Penny is a hero..

Bragg is toast. The choke hold did not kill the guy. The Dems keep this up we will see a red New York come the midterms.

I read somewhere that the Medical Examiner didn’t even do a toxicology report on the deceased. Seems a little curious.

The way I see it, if they had not acquitted him, there would have been no incentive for anyone to help anyone else who is in distress or being threatened. The next person would have hesitated to do anything. I'm sorry the guy died, but Penny was doing the right thing. He was doing what everyone should do if they can: help when help is needed.

There was more evidence that Daniel Penny violated New York law than there was that George Zimmerman violated Florida law.  Eyewitness testimony for Zimmerman was limited and inconsistent.  Everything Penny did was caught on video, and NY law has less deference to self defense and defense of others.
"Not guilty" was the right verdict in both cases, but if you think the charges in NY shouldn't have been brought, the charges in FL definitely shouldn't have been brought.

Apparently the protesters outside the courthouse are getting loud with threats against Penny and the city. They’re probably trolling for Dem dollars to fund their havoc. Too bad Kamala left the coffers empty. Maybe Al Sharpton will pony up some of that half mil he got from her to fund some faux outrage.

How about acting like a member of society and not impacting everyone around you.


Can't believe the "father" is trying to sue to cash in. He didn't care about his son until he could cash in. Hopefully he is counter sued along with all the grifters trying to make money off this mentally impaired man that no one cared enough about to get him help.
