Gov. Hochul: Trump Must Show 'Remorse' for Pardon

Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-N.Y., said this week that President-elect Donald Trump will need to show remorse if he wants to receive a pardon in his legal documents case.
"There is a pardoning process in the state of New York. It is lengthy," Hochul [font=georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif]told reporters on Wednesday. "It requires a couple of elements. One is remorse."[/font]
Hochul said she will not view Trump's case any differently than others.
