I admit when I first saw the title my initial reaction was, "please let it be Henne." But then when I saw it was Wittek, it made sense. That guy wasn't just garbage...he was the scum leftover at the bottom of the can after you dump the garbage.

You mean when he breaks the sound barrier? Corey Grants speed transcends physics. Last year he ran so fast he time warped briefly into the past, which caused him to fumble.

Nothing has screamed Pop Warner more to me than watching Wittek play. He was so bad I'm starting to question Caldwell for even bringing him in.

Some of you might remember when we had a similar speedster on the roster in Randal Williams. Coughlin thought he could just cut Williams and put him on the PS, but the Cowboys claimed him immediately.

Granted Randal never did make much noise in the NFL despite playing an additional six seasons, but the point was that a player with that kind of speed simply will not last on a PS. Most likely he'd get claimed immediately. Besides, you never know what kind of player the speedy Randal would have developed into as a WR under Coughlin.

However, for Williams to have run 37 yards in three seconds would have required the equivalent of a 9.8 second 100-metre dash, which is somewhat unlikely given that he was wearing football pads and slowed before reaching the goal-line. Replays show that the game clock didn't actually start until after Williams took a few steps (at least two seconds).
