A child who is born in one of the 50 states is a citizen, unless one parent is a foreign diplomat or a member of a foreign military. Full stop.
But also,
The general rule "you can't deport a citizen" has an obvious exception. You can deport a citizen, if that citizen is a minor and both of his parents are being deported. Minors do not enjoy the full privileges of citizenship.
That child can come back and enjoy the privileges of citizenship when they turn 18.
The child was born here. He/she is an American citizen. They are entitled to stay here.
Racist, anti-brown people attitude notwithstanding; this kind of [BLEEP] needs to stop.

That is incorrect.
American citizens CANNOT be deported.
“Deporting U.S. citizens is not generally permitted as a matter of practice,” Erin Corcoran, a professor at the University of Notre Dame, who specializes in U.S. immigration law, told McClatchy News.
For American citizens to be deported, they must first be “denationalized/denaturalized” — which is the process of revoking citizenship — according to Susan Akram, an immigration law professor at Boston University School of Law.

Can a child born in the US be deported?
US citizens who were born in the United States enjoy legal protection from deportation. There are some cases, however, in which naturalized citizens - those who were not born in the US and who obtained US citizenship after birth through a legal process - can have their citizenship revoked.
As I said, the child can become a ward of the state or leave with his or her parents. But the parents, the criminals, are leaving, one way or the other.

Sounds fair to me. My cousin and his wife now they are retired were trying to move to the Netherlands to reside near their daughter. They were denied. Why? well because they are too old. They had not paid into the system and therefore it was not fair to the current citizens to allow them to use it. It seems this is not uncommon among the EU countries. There is a 6 month jail time and immediate deportation for illegal entry first offense there. There is no birthright bonus too.

"Deport" may be one of those terms of art that means one thing to constitutional lawyers and another to everyday citizens. Maybe the correct word is "relocate" or "reunite"

Will you allow the citizen to stay with other relatives or is that not blood thirsty enough for you?

The child can potentially stay with relatives provided they are also here legally, the court can make that determination along with the parents at their sentencing. You need to worry less about clutching your pearls over children and more about removing criminals from our society. Fortunately once the birthright nonsense gets to the USSC we'll get that clarified and settled that they aren't actually citizens and this issue will end entirely. Children born to people here illegally should simply not gain citizenship because they were downloaded here; it's rewarding the criminals, something you brain-dead leftists love to use to destroy our country every chance you get. We're done with you and that, the President is finally on our side.

I have all the ability to decide that you or FSG has. Pigeon comment. What a shame. Maybe tell your son about it.

Cool-a-rooney. Think what you want. I am of the opinion we will wait and see what happens as the process is gone through. I make no claims either way as this is out of my hands.
As for my son sure I can. I actually like talking to him. I can predict his response. He will tell me you were told to be afraid of this and say that, just like the other side was told the reverse. Neither are very smart. Meanwhile while your attention is here something else is happening you are not suppose to pay attention to.
when I was young my sister and I had conversations like this
Her: did not
me: did too
Her: did not
me: did too
and on and on....
have a nice day...lol
