The liberal media for years have been getting paid through USAID to support this type of thing. I believe Politico alone got 6-8 million last year. This was in a list that was itemized somewhere. Don't believe me just wait and see. The panic we are seeing is the database of payments is out and being analyzed. There will be a report. The media that took money should not be pitied they were willing participates. If they broadcast the FCC should pull their licenses.

The government spends money on news services. You may not know this but news is not always free. People pay for subscriptions to news. Same with the government.

Are the Politico subscriptions overpriced? Maybe. Corporations use that same service.

Thanks for the link. I actually had not seen that one. Trump's been making some good cash too (ABC Meta think one more), but from settlements. CBS wanted to settle too. Be interesting watching the outcomes.

Wife, 2 kids, own my home mortgage free, never been divorced, no debt (credit card issuers refer to me as a dead beat because I pay any balances off each month), no tattoos not even a car payment. My wife is a full time professor and part time adjunct at another university (I know learning and education conflict with your magidiot ideals). I manage our investments, savings and various retirement accounts. Did quite well during the Biden years. Markets were way up and I started my part time job in 2020 during the heart of covid. We all know that every single new outlet lies, as Fox even paid $787 million in settlement so that aspect is not such a big deal. The bid deal with CBS is that 60 minutes is supposed to be their networks trusted source of information (e.g. their shining star).

On another note, I used to watch Patrick Bet David videos on the market and economy from ~ 10 years ago (for about 3-4 years) and this dude knew what he is talking about. I haven't watched him in the past 4 years or so as I forgot about him (and primarily watch CNBC all day).

I find it entertaining to flip between CNBC and Fox Business. The difference in coverage and slant can be quite entertaining.
