We don't hear much about him around here, but there have been quite a few leaks on this notoriously evil Billionaire over the past few weeks.

From crashing monetary markets to funding BLM, Hillary Clinton, and the immigration crisis in Europe, this guy has a hand in it all. He has even done business with our good friend Donald Trump! He deals in influence at a grand scale, manipulating elections and bankrolling progressive media outlets without a second thought. He is a convicted felon in France because of his insider trading.
The recent Soros leaks have been
blacked out by the media, but you can find some information about them by poking around. Apparently a memo was leaked which called the immigration crisis an
"opportunity" for global influence, interesting. He also has his hands on our supreme court, trying to
influence rulings on illegal immigration. Even his son has become a masterful subverter, hosting President Obama, Tim Kaine, and other top international officials for secretive political discourse (you can google this one). There are plenty of terrifying reports about him and his family around the internet, but you wont hear much from our buddies in the MSM about it.
Worlds most powerful supervillain? Quite possible.
I'd put the Kochs in the running.

Leaked Soros Document Calls For Regulating Internet To Favor ‘Open Society’ Supporters

Maybe just a coincidence? Probably. What Soros is calling for doesn't really have too much to do with address naming, rather the apparent ISP taking action in suppression of speech. Still interesting timing.

The internet has been a key tool for promoting freedom of expression and open societies — as in the Arab Spring — and is a potential safeguard against monopoly control of information in such places as China and Central Asia,” page 19 of the document notes.
“But it is also presenting underaddressed challenges, including lack of regulation of private operators that are able to decide, without due process procedures, what information is taken off the Internet and what may remain. A ‘race to the bottom’ results from the agendas of undemocratic governments that seek to impose their hostility to free speech on the general online environment.
We seek to ensure that, from among the norms emerging in different parts of the world, those most supportive of open society gain sway.”
They want a safeguard against monopoly control, but then immediately advocate about giving monopoly control to those who favor "open society", whatever the hell that means. I guarantee the phrase "open society" holds a much different meaning that many of the board members here. I double guarantee Soros' "open society" is far from open.
Internet censorship is their goal. Censor the internet, you control basically all information.
What they will do is use things like child pornography, terrorism, and other atrocities universally abhorred to justify their reasoning for a need to censor the internet. This is how they will silence independent media that does not tow the status quo. They will consider them "dangerous" or something. Only allowing the shill sites (CNN, Huffington, Facebook, ect.) to exist.

The Democracy Alliance has funneled upwards of $500 million toward liberal activist groups and candidates since Soros co-founded the group in 2005.
DA requires all members — which in 2016 includes more than 100 “finance titans” — to donate at least $200,000 a year to approved activist groups.
But the issues the DA and DNC traditionally use to mobilize liberal voters — a la climate change — failed to pull white, working class support away from Trump and the GOP, which as one Democrat operative put, should “[call] into question… the DA itself.”"
