From someone on a Raiders board: "Inaccurate and overrated!! Sorry not impressed with him so far this preseason. Musgrave might be the bigger problem but this offense through 2 preseason games looks like garbage. Don't be surprised if McGloin or Connor Cook play this year at some point."

Well then... Sounds like some here who jump on Blake when he has a bad outing. That being said, Carr has looked really bad in his limited preseason time so far.

Fans gon' fan.
Carr will be fine. Just like Bortles. They are only entering their third season. Each has shown enough to be considered franchise quarterbacks and should be for quite some time.

Whoever said that is a clown.

Meh,, Preseason.

Last year (and just about every year) a lot of teams/players looked bad, or just going through the motions during preseason, but ended up playing very well in the regular season.

Flip side:

Some teams/players looked very good in the preseason, and then didn't look good during the regular season.

Example (only 1 of many):

Bucs and Bengals played in preseason "primetime" last year. The Bucs owned them. Tampa looked terrific, the Bengals were dreadful.

Regular season came around,, and the Bengals looked awesome (particularly on offense, until Dalton went down late in the season).

The Bucs? Eh, not so much.

Preseason = the ultimate fooler month; to be taken with many grains of salt

Can't fans have opinions without being called names?
I'm not disagreeing, and I think Carr will be fine. I just think it's interesting to read how people freak out about their QBs the same way some do here.

they can if their opinions arent really bad

matt mcgloin and connor cook taking over for carr is a very bad opinion and that guy is certainly a clown

LOL, sure. But it's okay to call a spade a spade.
If Bortles has a poor game tomorrow, a segment of our fan base will be saying the same thing.

Well then...

We get plenty of that around here. And always remember, the most popular guy in town is the backup QB.

Spot on. Predicable, repetitive 3 yards and a cloud of dust.
Didnt he kill it week one 9/9 2 tds? How has he looked terrible all preseason lol

He was 3/7 for 44 yards week 1.

Maybe you're thinking Dak? 10/12 2tds.

A great slogan for the ice cream and sprinkles crowd.
