...cleared by a booster of the football and basketball team.
Amazing. If an FSU booster had presided over the Jameis Winston hearing, everyone would be screaming how it was to keep him on the team, and Mark Schlabach and the NYT would be setting up shop again in Tallahassee.

I thought for sure UF was going to change it up after her attorney went to the media about it. Certainly doesn't look good having Schickel hear the case.
This made me laugh.. Callaway testified that he was "high on marijuana" during the encounter, and stated that he was "so stoned I had no interest in having sex with anyone."
It wasn't me who shot the guy, I was busy robbing the bank..
I'm glad they found a fair and impartial booster
Unlike fsu, UF had done everything right up to that point. Still, her texts proved beyond a doubt she was lying.

She couldn't identify Winston until one miraculous day a month after the alleged event. What is FSUPD/TPD supposed to do when she can't identify a suspect?
Florida may have done everything properly and that's fine. It's a real bad look having a booster oversee the Title IX hearing however.

How did FSU mishandle the Winston incident?
The girl was obviously lying and this is from a neutral college football observer. Very sad that psychopaths like her hurt the credibility of women who were ACTUALLY raped.
What is the Title IX rule?
