Quote:His casino license application was magically rubber stamped even in the face of activities which would get many operators shut down.

Have any examples?
Can somebody summarize these accusations in a couple very short paragraphs? I dont have time to read a 5 page article that probably says very little factual information.

Examples of licenses denied or revoked, no. The article outlines several examples where conduct normally disqualifying someone from acquiring or retaining a casino license were either overlooked or tepidly investigated. Did you read it?

I take it you're with the "everyone else was doing it" crowd.

Can you get through life sans Cliff Notes?
Quote:Wasn't it pretty much a given that if you built anything in NYC in the 80's you had to deal with the mob?

Absolutely not, but it was common by the shady developers. It's like steroids in baseball or football. Lots of people were doing it but it was just the guys who needed to cheat to win.
Quote:How about we discuss yet another current investigation regarding your hero?

How about you make your own thread instead of derailing this one with an intentional deflection.

For, like, the 100th time...criticism of Trump does not equal support of Hillary. They both deserve criticism, they both deserve a thread.

There are more than 2 candidates.

Stop it with the logic already. Seriously this board is getting embarrassing with the extremely one-sided points-of-view.

Criticism is one thing.  Accusations based on a magazine article is another.  Meanwhile there is actually an active investigation with real implications.  The typical media narrative along with the typical liberal agenda is to spread propaganda and not report the real news and real issues.

It's pretty much the same thing that they did to Sarah Palin regarding a comment that she made regarding Russia.  Saturday Night Live did a skit about it, and instantly what she said was twisted to make her look stupid.

The article that the OP posted is nothing more than the same thing.

I could post many more articles, but you wouldn't believe them either. You closed your mind. It's cool, you believe what you choose to believe.
