Looks like a classic focal motor seizure.  Involuntary contraction of the neck and shoulder region muscles.  She has probably had the condition for some time, as she has rehearsed a mock impression of the seizure to convince witnesses the strange motions were intended.

With the previous use of Fresnel prisms in her glasses and the strange way she was startled in the video above, I believe Hillary has hemispatial neglect, which is a reduced awareness of stimuli on one side of space.  Probably a lasting side effect from her 2012 concussion.

The dog in the video below has hemispatial neglect.  I doubt if Hillary's condition is anywhere near this bad, but it could be something that comes and goes.

Weird, tic douloureux? She was definitely triggered. Didn't look like it was that painful, just involuntary. LSD flashback? Strange.
Has it ever been divulged how she sustained a concussion?

Vibrating panties.

Obama asked her to think about something.
I take no satisfaction in seeing anyone suffer from a possibly debilitating illness or effect from injury. It would very concerning to me to see a loved one react in such a way. With that being said, the Democrats showed no compunction about airing a political commercial featuring an oncologist pontificating about the possibility of John McCain's cancer reemerging should he be elected. Something tells me they won't display the same concerned compassion with their own candidate. Having a sitting president suffering acute symptoms of a traumatic brain injury certainly isn't comforting.

And the coughing fits. What's up with that?

I think it's neurological and not fully under her control.  There have been reports that when Hillary goes backstage after a rally, she often immediately collapses and needs to rest and reorient for 20-30 minutes before she can stand up again.  It might explain her very controlled and limited campaign.

I do not like the woman but would never make fun of a serious medical condition if she has one.  Does it affect the campaign, if true?  Of course it does.

Don't all the candidates get a medical exam before the election? We'll need one of those Area 51 guys for hers.
You all are just out to get her. Holding her to a different standard. " The Hillary Standard "

I just heard her say it. Poor Shrillary.

It baffles me how this was never picked up by the MSM. She had a seizure on camera and nobody said a word. I wouldn't be surprised if she is hospitalized before we even reach the debates.

Why publicize your candidate's weakness?
