More bad news out of europe. Thankfully no guns so looks like injuries rather than many dead.

It looks like they either need to ban axes or have stronger ax control in Europe.

I guess you can't finish one today.

Anyway looks like 3 are badly inured and the 1 dead is the axe wielder so far.

If you combine bladed weapons, blunt instruments, and hands/fists/feet, the numbers are pretty significant.  For 2009 they totaled 3237 of the total 13,636 homicides.  If you include all non-firearm murders (poison, strangulation, etc, it's 4490 of the 13,636.
