The big boring, what a career.  I wouldn't say he was the most fun player to watch but he was certainly fundamentally sound and could teach a class on ball movement.  Hell of a player.

The Big Fundamental

Not sure we'll ever see another superstar as humble as Timmy D.

Easily a top 10 player.
The most boring all star, future hall of famer of all time. In his prime, when he was the focal point and the Spurs made it to the finals, I fell asleep during those finals. The only exciting Spurs finals was against the Heat with Lebron & Wade, before that snoozers.

His go-to move was so boring, the face up angle bank shot.
5 Championships and 31,668 points --- that's Boring !!

Need some good excitement like Blake Griffin

GOAT.

He needed to do a dunk blind folder like Cedric Ceballos.

I find 3 pointers off moving screens to be boring basketball. To each their own...

HA !!   I remember that idiotic stunt.  That definitely trumps Duncan's 31,000 points and 5 rings.
Simply a legend

Incredible player that was always the second or third best in the NBA at the end of any given year during his career.

I guess being a fantastic team player only nets you 5 NBA championships.  The antithesis of the Kobe Bryant personality.

May he have a great retirement.

This interview with Gregg Popovich really tells you all you need to know about Tim Duncan.

Humble. He went out the right way. No need for a season long tour. Never was a Me guy like so many athletes today.
