On a serious note they have Curry who led the league in scoring. They have Green who is the MVP of that team outside of Curry. They have Klay Thompson who can put up 3s all over the court.

And now they add Super Star Kevin Durant. Just crazy!

They only lost 9 games last year. With Durant they could go 78-4.

NBA fans are wrecked over this move.
I dont think Steve Kerr is a good enough coach to utilize all that talent to be honest.

Yeah, he only won a title in his first year and broke the NBA wins record in his 2nd year, although he really only coached about 1/2 of the year, so not sure how much that means yet.
I'll bet there is an epic meltdown on the Thunder message boards, most likely SUPER EPIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There's no doubt this one's going to hurt the fans and hurt them for a while.

My mom could have won with that roster. Luke Walton did to. Same coach who failed to make proper adjustments with a 3-1 lead in the finals. Easy on putting Kerr in the coaching HOF hoss.

Talented roster, no doubt.

Your mom could do it but Mark Jackson couldnt?  Kerr is a easily a top 5 coach probably top 3.  Has coached 2 years and been to the finals both years and won 1 championship and has the best regular season record ever.  Ray Charles could see Kerr is a great coach.

Not saying he is a terrible coach, just implying any coach could have success with that roster. How would Steve Kerr fare with Orlando? When a coach misses half a season and the team doesn't miss a beat, that kind of tells you everything you need to know.
Would you say the same about Phill Jackson?

I would never put Jackson and Kerr in the same sentence when comparing coaches. Are you asking me if I think Phil would have the same success he had if he didn't have the greatest players on the planet with the Bulls and Lakers? I don't know that answer.

Well he did make those needed adjustments when he was down 3-1 against the surging Thunder who blew them out in a couple of playoff games.

When game 7 was tied with about 4 minutes to go it was anybody's game.

The Warriors just got hit by a dagger 3, just like the dagger 3 that they are usually hitting on their opponent.

This time it was the other team hitting the dagger 3 on them and now they know what it feels like to lose like that, especially in such a big game.
The great Lebron James and his talented sidekick Kyrie Irving and his role players will once again beat the Warriors and their superstar team in a 7 game thriller 2017.

KD just seems like an odd fit there. No way will he be used like he was in OKC.

I would attribute them coming back from a 1-3 deficit more to KD disappearing when it mattered more than Steve Kerr's game planning.

Playing off-ball and spot up shooting? Thats how he's played with Westbrook for the last year and a half. He's one of the best and most efficient players in the league at it.

Also with his length ,rebounding and defense he's the perfect small ball player.

Durant is a fit for every team in the league.A pass heavy movement and "get shooters open" style offense suits him way more than an offense based entirely on heavy iso.
Durant is one of the purest shooters I have ever seen. He seems to lack that take over game clutch gene though. Hopefully for them, Curry has enough of that for everybody.

So, the bad news for the league is two of the best shooters in NBA history are on the same team. The good news for the rest of the league is both of them have folded when the pressure is on.

I can see Raymond getting upset when his touches go substantially down and he can't jack up random 3's.
