Quote:They're Canadian...everyone knows you can't trust those sneaky buggers!!
If Trump is elected, Canada will probably have to build a wall in 2018.

They're still waiting for the influx of people moving out of the country after O was elected...
I bet Adam2012 is a hoot to have a beer with. Probably doesn't even drink.

Quote:Huge? Really? You think most Trump supporters know who Ryan is? You really think that's going to bring them out of the trailer parks to vote for The Donald?

Euthanize the Hilldog? Is that the latest slogan of Skinheads for Trump?

Pretty sure as a Trump supporter, I don't live in a trailer and I make more money than you. If you want to challenge that, let me know. Send me a PM and we can compare tax returns.

And [BLEEP] at you about doing so the whole time.

This makes your support for Trump even more surprising.

While we're at it, can we compare Donald's, too?

Oh, wait...

I agree with this. Well, I'm not showing my tax returns with anyone but my wife and CPA. The other Trump supporters I know are doing very well for themselves as well.

Leftists like to pretend they are superior to others, see above your post. They are very insecure for whatever reason.

Same here. Seems 90% of the Bernie supporters would benefit from the minimum wage increase. Pretty sure Adam2012 is among them.
Quite a bizarre interview. Simply amazed that he didn't know Indiana was not in Mexico.

I'm not sure you know what insecurity is...

...and how is this any different?

You seem to lump anyone not supporting Trump as leftists, but I'm actually only a bit left of center. Regardless, I won't apologize if I question the judgment of anyone who can't see through Trump's [BAD WORD REMOVED].

Maybe, but Conservatives really can't find another country more conservative than ours to move to, so their threats were empty.

And I really do think the Donald will screw this country up enough to make people want to leave.  Unlike Obama.
Quote:Picking up the Ryan endorsement I think was bound to happen but is still huge. Time to euthanize the Hilldog.
Nah, still too early to call. The Libertarian ticket will pull away more Clinton voters than Trump voters, and that could be huge. For all the noise Republicans have made about Trump hijacking the party and staying from its ideals, we're already seeing establishment Republicans cozying up to him in a "Donald is better than Hillary" move. This could be the modern day 1848 election, dividing and killing one party by virtue of their winning with a disastrous candidate, and opening the door for a new party to fill the void.

Anything that gets us a centrist third party is good in my book, even if that means four years of Trump.

FTFY.

Is the libertarian a centrist party? I always viewed them as a consistent party but does that make them centrist? They have a few common themes, decentralized government across the board socially and economically, non-intervention foreign policy, and a strong support for protected constitutional rights. Those three to me are more extreme positions than either republicans or Democrats. I guess if you look at it as a party that has some Democrat and some Republican ideologies it would be centrist?

They're just right of center fiscally, just left of center socially. Pretty close to center considering how polarized the two big parties have become.

Left of the center would be pro-gun control, federal regulation on abortion, expanding discrimination protection and expanding welfare.

The official libertarian party is staunchly opposed gun control measures, supports revoking roe vs wade on the grounds of making it a states issue, has a position of all discrimination laws being unconstitutional regarding private property, and opposes all forms of federal welfare.

End marijuana prohibition and saying adults should be allowed to marry anyone they want is center left I guess? But to me that's just common sense.
So, this just happened.

Like wanting to compare tax returns to see who makes more money, since that perfectly characterizes a person?
