Need a new topic on the lighter side --- the questions below only apply to REGULAR SEASON (no BCS, Bowl Games, or Conference Championships)

1) What was the last College Football Game you attended?

 ----  Clemson @ Ga Tech (Nov 2014)

2) Will you be attending any games this year?  If so, which one(s)

--- Miami @ Ga Tech (Oct 1) and maybe ND vs Navy here in Jax - I don't like the 11am start !!

3) Which 1 game would you attend if you could get an all expenses paid trip?

---  I'd love to say Clemson at FSU but I need to take advantage of the free trip so give me USC @  #3 Stanford on Sept 17.  Palo Alto maybe the nicest and most expensive university town in the country I know I'd get my money's worth in lodging and drinking $20 drinks for free,
1. FAU @UF 11/21/15

2. Not sure yet...depends on Florida's and FAU's schedules.

3. I haven't been to a game at LSU yet, so a UF@LSU game would be the top of my list.

Dang -- you got your money's worth on that one !!

That was a hard one for me! I'm a gator grad, and so is my son, but he's a grad assistant coach at FAU. I decked out in my Owl stuff to be a supportive mom, but it was hard since I bleed orange and blue!!
1. FSU vs. Texas State

2. FSU-Clemson and FSU-UF

3. OU-Texas. Always wanted to go to the Cotton Bowl.

NC State @ VA Tech - entertaining game, even in the rain

Not sure, hopefully!

USC vs anybody - always wanted to watch a game in the Rose Bowl

That's pretty cool  I didn't know you had ties to FAU.  We went for a campus visit a few months ago (daughter 10th grade). Nice campus & surrounding area.  Modern dorms and football stadium are top notch.  Living on the beaches of Boca and going through college seems like the perfect life.  That said, I still like the UF / FSU lively college environment.

Totally a different environment than at UF, but the school is definitely growing. My son has been hitting the beach every day after he's finished, so he's been loving every minute of it. I went down for the spring game and the beach breezes while watching football was quite a nice experience.

I'm right there with ya.  We were able to catch the LA Galaxy vs FC Barcelona last summer at the Rose Bowl.  The stadium is located on the corner of a golf course and the parking lot is on a few long fairways so the tailgating aspect of drinking on a golf course with the beautiful hills of Angeles Forest are impeccable.  For the record USC plays their games on their campus in the LA Coliseum whereas UCLA uses the Rose Bowl (30 miles from the UCLA campus) as their home stadium.  The USC @ UCLA game this year is in the Rose Bowl.  Unlike the Rose Bowl, I heard the USC Coliseum leaves a lot to be desired given their outdated stadium and urban environment (inner city LA) surrounding the stadium.

Too funny, on our visit, I was actually thinking "how bad can losing be when you can just stroll over to the beaches of Boca after the game and finish up the day with a few drinks on the beach (looking at the aqua water) or on the decks of the local establishments"

It doesn't help with the losing...that's for sure!! Lol
Last college game I attended: BC vs VT for the ACC Championship

Will I attend a game this year: Probably not

Which game would I want an all expense paid trip to see: USC vs ND (wearing green) in the Rose Bowl.

1....he said regular season game! :teehee:
1) What was the last College Football Game you attended?

Troy vs Florida 2007 -- Yeah, it's been a while... // I did see Tennessee vs Iowa in the Gator Bowl couple years ago, but we're talkin' regular season around these parts.

2) Will you be attending any games this year?  If so, which one(s)

I hope so? Would like to go to Florida Georgia and the Navy ND games.

3) Which 1 game would you attend if you could get an all expenses paid trip?

Probably Florida vs fsu  or LSU vs Florida. -- Yeah, I'm predictable.

Dang --- I could not remember BC being in the ACC Championship Game.  Then, I came to realize they played VT in back-to-back ACC Championship Games !!!    Why can't I remember BC being decent (other than during the Flutie era).
