Pretty much. It's disgusting.

Returned a pizza to them the other night. I pulled up to the pick up window opened it and threw it on the floor. I then asked the manager if he could now see the pepperoni I had specifically asked them not to put on it and he denied/argued  was on there when I called them after it's delivery He apologized about the mistake and then preceded to tell me how rude I was to throw the pizza into the store. I told him to go sex himself and drove away.

 

Hadn't ordered from there in 5 previous years and will never again...........Pizza Hut can suck it.

That's probably not the way I would have handled it. lol.

What was disgusting was the clown of a manager arguing with me on the phone instead of offering to send the correct one.

I had a pretty serious discussion the other day:


If you ordered a pizza and when you received it the toppings had all slid off (as in it fell sideways at some point) would you accept it or send it back?


Would your level of inebriation play a role?

Wow that is a serious discussion, and one that can't be taken lightly..


I would send it back, you pay for a certain/acceptable level of service.. Anyway, I probably wouldn't throw it through the window.. I'd probably be a but more polite, that way you may get some free stuff too!
