Looks like Cam could seriously slide next year could be a mid-round pick for us!

Welp

Hopefully Beachum can be the guy. Doubt we would of drafted high enough to get him anyway. He would of been a top 5 pick. Might can get him in the mid to later rounds now

The sad truth is some team actually will roll the dice on this guy even after this. I just hope it's not us.

I would definitely take a risk on him in the late rounds. A lot of upside for this guy.
Isn't this the kind of thing that gets guys a raise in the $EC?
Since this happened so early, if Robinson stays clean and is productive in whatever games he may be allowed to play in, it won't effect his stock much.

If he misses the season or is caught doing something else, we will see him take a hefty drop.
Charges dropped.

DA Jerry Jones told KNOE-TV the thinking behind the decision.

"I want to emphasize once again that the main reason I'm doing this is that I refuse to ruin the lives of two young men who have spent their adolescence and teenage years, working and sweating, while we were all in the air conditioning," Jones told KNOE.

Maybe he's just worried about his Air Conditioning breaking on him.

I really want to say I'm surprised.

If this had been two FSU players and the charges were dropped, Mark Schlabach would already have set up shop in Tallahassee.
Is the Louisiana DA a Bama fan or something?  If he is a local LSU boy I would think he'd love the opportunity to take down Bama's best player.  Seems odd.  Especially by saying there is "insufficient" evidence.  I didnt know proof of drugs and stolen weapons is "insufficient" to charge w/ a crime.

I think Schlabach is also a cleat chaser..
It's pretty awful that the charges were dropped.  I get the excuse of you don't want to mess up a guys life forever, but I would say that's for stealing a six pack of beer or something along those lines.  Having a gun, drugs, and another stolen gun is another level.

I am happy their lives are now not "ruined"... but where is the sympathy for a non-athlete? There should be outraged students and faculty protesting this favoritism.

PS- This has to be a first, right? I mean, C'MON you can't just ignore facts and evidence, can you?
