Quote:At qb... Quinn Gray
Can't remember if it was Gus Johnson, but I remember watching one of our games and whatever analyst it was said that Quinn Gray was easily the best QB we had on our roster. This was when we had Leftwich and Garrard ahead of him. Granted those two guys aren't HoFers by any means, but they had talent and I had no idea what he was talking about.
Quote:Todd Bouman
No Gabbert and Gray were quarterbacks. Todd was impressive on the tractor though.
Quote:No.... Myers edged out Scobee which is impressive, but Marler was the guy who went through the entire Preseason without missing a single kick, then flamed out as a kicker soon after the season started. He's a classic camp star
.
Do you remember the Myers thread that popped up after he hit the 50+ harder at the scrimmage game? It was at least 12 pages long if not longer.
Quote:Oh... and, who was that guy.... Crunk Juice? You know, the guy who was "hungry."
Benard Thomas. The fine, young gentleman who was living out of his car during training camp.
Didn't Coughlin wind up carrying two kickers that year, with Marler being strictly the kickoff guy because of his leg? That's sad right there...
