I used to wear Jordan's back in the 80's, but those are kind of ugly.

I find it odd that people will still drop that kind of ched on ugly sneakers.

 

100+ on a good pair of work boots? Yeah, good investment.

100+ on a pair of sneaks that last, maybe, a year? Bad investment.

 

Pay for quality, not a logo. (Or in the Jordan's case, two logos--the swoosh and the air mike)

Please move this thread to a relevant forum... otherwise my head may explode.

When I was a kid I used to wear Nike, but Nike used cheap toxic glue that degrades too fast and sweat shops that I saw in China Town in California back in 97. It's as bad an investment as my 2013 Jags season tickets were. Glad to see the Jags are headed in the right direction now... not so sure about Nike.

At least Jalen got them for free. I like nice things, but I have a hard time paying over $50 for any foot wear. I'll wait for clearance lol

Back in the day, I bought a pair of nike air flights. I'm tellin' ya boys, those were some awesome shoes. Lightweight, good support, and very comfortable. I had a great season in those shoes.
