To me this is a bad mock.
1. Considering the Saints just signed Manti T'eo, I don't see them drafting Foster at 11.
2. I don't see Taco Charlton dropping that far.
3. Obviously, Casserly had not had the results of the Florida Pro Day when he made this mock. Teez Tabor at a 4.75 40??!?!!? Obviously, he also doesn't know about the need at OL.

I don't think Teo would stop them from taking Foster. He's pretty bad.
Teo sucks.
I can see Taco falling that far, he's raw.
Tabor is still being mocked in the first for some reason.
Biggest dislike I had was Cook to Carolina. They have bigger needs and there are better players there.
You dont skip Foster for Teo

Agee 100%.
One qb in the first.. with the 32nd pick

As a general rule, I agree, but not when you need an edge rusher and there are those with comparable grades.

Manti T'eo is not a quality starter. I think they brought him in as depth.
It was interesting listening to Casserly talk about Fournette. He said that Fournette may be the best player in this draft, and added that he feels Fournette is even more instinctive as a runner than Adrian Peterson, and that he carries his pads lower than AP. The former NFL GM is very high on Fournette.
As a side note, he started off talking about Garrett being a better prospect overall than his former #1 pick Mario Williams.
One thing I like to look at in first round mocks are the players falling out of the round as the Jaguars have the third pick in round two.
In this case we have Kizer and Mahomes at QB, Forrest Lamp at G, Quincy Wilson at CB and Njoku at TE.
I actually really like this mock. My only thought would be that I don't see QB hungry teams like the Browns waiting all the way to the back of the first to draft a QB. I think that's where I value the qbs but it isn't where i think they will go.

2, Watson to Chiefs, True biscuit at 32.
Quincy Wilson has had me scratching my head because he was for the most part a concensus top five CB going into the combine, but I see a lot of first round mocks with him not in it. I've been wondering what's going on with him. There's a video on the jaguars.com right now where we're interviewing Mayock, and near the end he talks about Quincy Wilson being another guy like Teez Tabor who has dropped due to a bad combine. With that it's starting to make a little more sense, but don't sleep on Wilson too hard. I don't think his combine was all that bad considering he's a bigger CB. In other words, he's still totally worth the #35 pick imho.

"Concensus top 5 CB" didn't really mean that much in this class. After Lattimore the next tier from like 2-10 was packed extremely tight. A handful of guys like Conley, KKing, Moreau, and Humphrey dominating the combine and a few guys like Wilson, Tankersley, and Tabor failing at it can cause a bigger than normal shift since you were already splitting hairs before that.
