It has to turn into wins, the coaches have received their talent from GM Dave Caldwell he did his part.. now its time for the coaches to prove that they are actually good at their jobs...

He certainly did, Bullseye.

 

He's got the look of a special talent.
Obviously, an 'improved roster' means little unless it translates to more wins. We'll see.

Kudos to the team for winning most improved roster. That's somewhat of a tough call with a few other teams; an easier call would have been to name Todd Wash as the league's happiest defensive coach.
