Whether it's impressive or not would be largely dependent on how often he was targeted. I don't know how many targets he got, but he had 9 passes defended...simply put, you can't make plays on balls that aren't being thrown in your vicinity. Now, I'm not saying that's precisely the case here...only stating that it's a possibility to explain his lack of picks.
The INTs are definitely something to question, however when watching his tape you can see why he got picked 5th overall and it makes me forget all about the INTs.
I think the expectations for Fowler and Ramsey are a bit high. Ramsey is a freak of an athlete, but he has a ton of work to do in order to develop as a corner. You can watch his tape and see the holes. Same with Fowler who may have more of an adjustment coming up than Ramsey.
