Round 1: Malik Hooker FS OSU - Hooker is a great prospect with great hands and speed to play a good cover Safety. Needs to work on tackling but hopefully that can be coached up.

Round 2: Dan Feeney OG Indiana - Fills a big need, IMO, at OG. Would start immediately at RG and push Cann back to LG, which is his natural spot.

Round 3: Joe Mixon RB Oklahoma - Not a popular pick, and not one I wanted to make but the talent level is too valuable to pass up here in the 3rd.

Round 4: Adam Shaheen TE Ashland - My favorite TE prospect from a value standpoint. Big and versatile he will be a starter day 1.

Round 5: Shaquill Griffin CB UCF - Physical freak at CB. Will need time to develop and he will have that chance on this team.

Round 6: Alek Torgersen QB Penn - Small school QB that I believe has huge upside. Hopefully this will get Henne off the squad.

Round 7: Tarik Cohen RB NC A&T - Nicknamed the human joystick. Undersized player who is lightning quick. Would be used as a return man and possibly develop into a nice 3rd down option.

Round 7: Fred Stevenson FB FSU - Bring back some power football!
I dig it.
I can't see a scenario where we would draft Hooker at 4
I doubt they draft Mixon
Like the other dudes mock, I think you'll have to take out the 2nd rounder and move Mixon and Shaheen up to make it realistic.

But Hooker, Mixon, and Shaheen would be a good first 2 days also.

Malik Hooker cannot tackle, there's no way we would take him at 4.

The way this team has been burned over and over and over on low character players over the years, and with Tom Coughlin calling the shots, do you seriously think we would take a scumbag like Mixon?

Say i love them up, is there a OG worth taking in the 4th?

If he's there in the 3rd that'd be awful tough to pass on. We haven't had many guys mess up under the last regime and i think that'll stay true.

We haven't been taking low character players, but Soward, Reggie Williams, Justin Blackmon, Matt Jones, Kaliff Barnes, Jimmy Smith, Stacey Mack--We've had more than our fill. 3rd round or not, we don't need the circus distractions and the PR nightmare. Think about Tom Coughlin, is this player a Coughlin man? Heck no.
1. I just really don't see Hooker being the pick.

2. I'd be ok with Feeney depending on who falls.

3. Mixon would be great value here, but the pick could be a pc nightmere.

4. I'm down with Shaheen in round four

5. Love the Griffin pick in round five. ... developmental CB, but a sensational athlete

6-7... I don't know Torgensen or Cohen

7b. I keep thinking we'd have to go round 6 to get Stevenson so it would be great to get him with our final pick

You should watch some highlights of Tarik Cohen. They're really fun to watch.
That's the guy... Tarik Cohen.

Em'Diggy is listing him as his #5 RB, and his film on the guy is incredible.
