Agreed Achilles.
After they awarded us the team I stood in line at JC Penney with my pops to get a Black Starter T-shirt with the OG pouncing logo before they changed it. Wore it until it was light grey. We had two tickets since opening day against the oilers and still have all the tickets. Even though I've moved I still have a ticket with him that my mom uses except when I come home once a year.

People frequently forget that Samuel Adams was an original Jags fan.  Somebody needs to do something.
Quote:That jersey you are wearing is #95.

That would be the jersey number of the year the Jags were born.

Jacksonville Jaguars established in 1995.

It was a very popular jersey number back then.

Quote:I'm already tired of bandwagon fans because I can feel it's going to be coming soon. And I'm nervous because although I have been a fan since they came in the league, I have never lived a day in Florida. I picked them when I was a kid because I loved their logo but have been a diehard ever since (29 years old now). I grew up in Ohio, Mississippi and Tennessee. Now currently live in southern California.

But as proof, I found this picture of me as a kid repping a Jaguars jersey. I am so happy now that I kept it because I can always use it as proof of evidence. On a side note, can anyone help me figure out who this player's jersey is? I can't figure it out.

This was a popular jersey but it could have also been Bryce Paup, he played for the Jags during the glory days. I have been a fan since we were 4-7 in 1996. I grew up with the team. I'm 31 now. I love my Jaguars!!
Since Natrone Means' first carry.
Fan since 2004

I don't really remember exactly when I became a Jacksonville Jaguar fan. My Auntie brought me a hat and a t-shirt. I honestly didn't really like it at first. Never would wear it, and then one day I put'm on.

I from South Bay Florida, 33493, and I graduated from Glades Central a couple years after Fred.

I worked for Labor Ready in J-Ville when Super Bowl 39 was there and sent about 200 workers to Altel, including my baby mama (it was my son birthday that day. Feb 6th) We had a concessions contract and I shouldv'e had a badge like many other times at the stadium, but I was stuck back at the office while my coworkers and BM worked the Super Bowl. But that's neither here nor there. Anyway.

Too bad the old board is gone. This wouldnt even be necessary
For as long as I can remember. Born and raised in Jax. First game in Altell as a kid was vs Air McNair! Was so happy got my Brunell jersey signed by him, Freddy T and JSmooth. I also got a glove from Jason Craft and got Fernandos autograph too.
Quote:All you do bro is talking about other posters. Its a joke already. Every thread u do it in. Its pathetic.

Because you make it so easy!
Though the Mods list me as a newbie, I am the original Fangs! Over the years I had computer issues that forced me to create additions to Fangs (2, 3, and now 4). Been with the Jags from the beginning!
