Actually, he'd be a great decoy player. The other team couldn't stop laughing at Beer Gut Gus trying to keep up with a receiver long enough to keep Marks, Odrick, Jackson and Fowler from pasting their QB.

YES!   Sure he can play Free Safety but the team signed TaShaun and a shutdown corner whom can go against the other team's elite receiver and shut him down is more important.

Image if one team could have a decoy player on the field. He couldn't touch of get in the way of other players. He had to be aged 40+ and have a BMI of over 25. Just run around looking stupid trying to distract the other team....
