Quote:Are you sure it wasn't at a Publix?

He told my friend that he was working out in the off season with Ricki Stanzi and Bratkowski. He said he is ready to apply for reinstatement and can't wait to come back and make our WR core dynamite.  He said he looks forward to fighting for the #1 slot.  He is 91% sure he will be playing this year.

It's that remaining 9 percent that's the killer. Even if he were re-instated and reports to camp in shape, are we really going to cut Bryan Walters to fit Blackmon on the roster this season?

I think you got whooshed...
He just don't love football so good riddence
I'm not sure how this guy made it through college without self-destructing.
...at least he's not working out with Josh Gordon and Johnny Football.

Publix and 91% should have been major clues!!

He probably would have in a normal financial situation.  I'm sure the family money covered numerous problems over the years.
Quote:I never saw his hands as any real issue. Soward was impressive as heck able to get open all over the field, and he'd catch the ball just fine. I've simply never seen a case quite so bad. At least Blackmon wouldn't show up to practice hung over.
Yes but RJ got his stuff together and went on to have a solid career in Canada.

Blackmon? Or Manziel?

They are kind of an equal circus show.

Not even close, Manziel is a much better circus.  Blackmon has just quietly gone away, whereas Johnny still delivers fresh stupidity on a regular basis.  I expect  him to marry a Kardashian any day now.
I would rather forget him.  What a wasted talent.  Josh Gordon is just as much as a waste but he want to come back.

I mean just their lives, not the media coverage.

He was sentenced today and it looks like he got off easy once again. Here's hoping he gets his life together before he kills himself or someone else.
CHAMPIONSHIP!....oh wait...wrong thread
I hope he one day returns to the field. It would be a hell of a story
Apparently he's been working out in Dallas too.

The longer hes outta the game the even crazier the story it would be if he some how did flip his life around. At this point I just hope he gets healthy. Forget about football just live his life in a safe manner.
Quote:Will this affect his reinstatement?

I LOLd

That was a good 'un
Quote:At this point, I think we should trade him. Anybody call San Francisco yet?

Ok - this was also great. Thanks dude.
