With the upcoming draft and additions likely to safety, DE, LB, o-line, etc... Which position is most important that we add another veteran to the fold for their experience primarily with some production on field as a bonus?

I don't think we need to add any more veterans to "mentor" or coach up anyone to be honest.
We've got enough experience; especially since most of our rookies from the past 2 years have started..... lol Plus our FA signings. We're good. We just need more talent at certain positions and we'll be in good shape.

GO JAGS!!

We don't need old over the hill farts, just look at Poz

Overrated.

We need a veteran presence in the locker room for Ryan O'Halloran to complain about

Welp.
Defensive End for sure, the veteran is Ryan Davis at Leo. Nobody who will start over Fowler just someone who stats over Chris Smith
We need an experienced water boy.  Somebody that really knows H2O and the importance of proper fluid replenishment.

We don't need to add another 'veteran'.  However, if a team lets go of a vet before the start of the season that provides an upgrade at a starting or backup role, I have no issue with that.

Yea I believe we're past that point

Lately i've taken up an interest into lockerroom dynamics in regards to team building.

A critical aspect is having veterans that provide a hunger and drive for a ring. The types of veterans that are not in it for the money and the "job" but for the glory. Veterans that don't take for granted the opportunity in front of them and realize that its becoming all or nothing quickly. They have a sense of urgency and the younger players pick up on this. Poz, Marks, Miller, and Skuta are possible candidates for this role over the next few years. After that, I just don't know. Most of the other talented players are too young to have father time light a fire under them. Now the big question is: let the existing roster mature or bringing in certain vets to quicker fulfill this role.

Waterboy
I'd consider the following people vets:

DL-Odrick, Marks, Miller

LB-Poz

Secondary-Prince, Gipson

QB-Henne

RB-Ivory

TE-Lewis

OL-Parnell, Beachum

WR-none, but that's easily our strongest position.

So we pretty much have one Vet at every position.

Good thing we had Clemons as the veteran presence at DE last year. Otherwise we might have only won five or six games.

It's a good list, add Skuta to the vets, JT Thomas is certainly one as well, and Jackson, plus our core is getting to year 3, that's approaching prime period. Years 3 to 6 in this league is critical for vets that play at least 8 years.

I agree, this team currently has a commendable blend of youth and experience
Is Henne a vet by default?

The owner's interview (at least made me think) that they plan on keeping POZ this year and will trade down instead of drafting Myles Jack.  The owner had mentioned Poz as being a core guy... you dont draft #5 overall to replace a core guy.
