We are doing a mock draft over on the Rotoworld forums and I am drafting for the Jags. When it got to me at 5, the board looked like this:

 

 

1.) LA- Smeez- Jared Goff

2.) NYJ - Iron-[BLEEP] - Carson Wentz

3.) SD- boltup15 - Jalen Ramsey

4.) DAL- 96mnc - Joey Bosa

 

 

 

I was debating between:

A) Taking Tunsil

B) Taking Jack

C) Trading back

 

 

I ended up accepting the following offer from Oakland

1.05 for 1.14, 2016 3rd, 2017 1st

 

 

 

I had no interest in being at pick 14, but I accepted it because SF (1.07) and TB (1.09) both told me they were looking to trade back. Despite me trying to trade back up to take Jack a few picks later, the board got back to me like this:

 

1.) LA- Jared Goff

2.) NYJ- Carson Wentz

3.) SD-Jalen Ramsey

4.) DAL- Joey Bosa

5.) OAK- Ezekial Elliot

6.) BAL- Laremy Tunsil

7.) SF- DeForest Buckner

8.) PHI- Myles Jack

 

 

 

I traded:

1.14 and JAX 2016 3rd to move back up to 1.09 and took VHIII.

 

 

How would you guys feel about that? Would you move back from 1.05 to 1.09 for a 2017 1st if VHIII was guaranteed to be there at 1.09?

 

I don't know if I'll be able to get it done (because if someone trades out of the first they don't get to pick in the mock), but the addition 2017 1st is ideal for ammo if we want to move back up.

 

 

 

 

I would. I don't think Tampa Bay is going to be any good, so yeah, getting VH3 and a top 15 pick next year.
