Quote:Angus Young joins Guns N' Roses as Axl Rose prepares to join AC/DC
Guns N' Roses rocked the desert!
The legendary rock band performed their headlining set during day two of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California, to an A-list crowd of festival goers on Saturday.

My immediate thought when this was announced was that I thought it was his brother Malcolm that was suffering from dementia. Guess I was wrong.
The way they fired Brian Johnson is complete horse ca ca. He didn't "quit to protect his hearing". Angus saw a chance to replace him with a younger, better known model that has a built in fan base already.
AC/DC has become what GnR was up until a couple of weeks ago: one original member and a tribute band.
Is either band even relevant anymore?

Is this a question, or just commentary?

You're just out to get him.

But he's innocent.
All jokes aside, he is difficult to like.
This is just awful and a tad humiliating.

Merely expressing my opinion. Don't take it personally.

I didn't. Just pointing out hypocrisy.

How is what I posted hypocrisy? The question remains, are these two bands relevant? As was pointed out earlier, they are more like tribute bands.

In another thread about music, to people posting a dissenting opinion, you posted this...

Or has that memory gone up in smoke already?
What was it I said that was talking trash? I liked these bands when they were at their heyday, now they are just playing out the string. In that thread, someone's opinion about music was trashed. There's a difference.

Nope. Nobody's opinion was trashed, it was countered. There's a difference.
