Ramsey.
Bosa fits a bigger need, but the talent outweighs the need here. It's not like getting a playmaker in the backend of the defense that is versatile and can play at multiple spots isn't a need.
Ramsey/Jack/Bosa is how I'd rank the 3.

Bosa. I've said it many times, I think Ramsey is the most overrated player in this draft.

Bosa is starting to look like one of the most underrated at this point. I just hope one of Jack or Bosa is there when we pick. If not I want to trade back if we can get a good offer

ProFootballFocus now has the Jaguars draft FS Jalen Ramsey
The Free Agent signing of Tashaun Gipson (avg 3 INT in his 4 years) to play Free Safety makes me think that they'll try Ramsey at CB opposite of House and put Prince in Nickel (maybe not at the start but later on in the season).
I really think that both Joey Bosa & Ramsey have the potential to be elilte in their roles (DL vs DB) so it just depends on either what you think will help out the team the most depending on need or if you are simply bias to DBs over Pass Rushers... I tend to enjoy watching an elite corner myself so I went with Jalen, but I would be just as happy if it was Bosa instead.

You aren't a top 5 prospect at CB/S if you aren't one. Ramsey is a lock for top 5. So obviously these GM's also see it.

If Jalen Ramsey is there at number 5 I dont see anyone aruging that he isn't the pick considering how horrible the Jaguars have been at DB for the past several years... sure they signed FS Tashuan Gipson & CB Prince (only a one year deal & he gets injured often), not to mention Aaron Colvin is already suspended at least four games for substance abuse (and you can never tell if they've learned from their mistake or will be an addict.. like Justin Blackmon)..
At first people were saying Joey Bosa is going to be like JJ Watt.. now others have backed off a bit and said Jared Allen (which is also fantastic to have by the way)...
with Jalen Ramsey some say he could be the Jaguars Earl Thomas in their defensive scheme.. and the fact that GM Dave Caldwell & HC Gus Bradley had mentioned
how hard it is to find a ball hawking FS (if you feel Gipson is the answer than you can only look at him as a corner but maybe he will be the Jaguars Richard)?

I gotta believe pass rush is the most imperative need right now. If you give Aaron Rodgers more than a few seconds, he will find an open receiver, no matter what DB is in our secondary. Give me Bosa.

The problem with calling Ramsey a playmaker is that actual playmaking is missing from his tape and stats. Drafting him would be based purely on freakish speed and athleticism, not based on actual playmaking which Stonehands has done very little of.

Bosa.

Ramsey. I'm a big fan of drafting pass rushers when they're there, but it's time to fix the secondary without spending huge sums on mid-tier free agents. House, Gipson, Ramsey and Prince would be a very, very good coverage set. Maybe Cyp plays SS in base with Ramsey on the outside instead of Prince, with Ramsey moving deep in nickel and dime?

I love these debates (Bosa v Ramsey, Bosa v Jack, Jack v Ramsey).
My mindset, much like QB, is draft pass rushers until you find them. Ramsey does nothing for us if the QB has 5-6 seconds to find a WR. Add a disruptive player like Bosa to the D-line with Jackson, Marks, and an unproven Fowler, and there's potential there.
The signings of Gipson and Prince have given us the flexibility to not lock into 1 position at #5. When it doubt, go with the pass rusher as that's where games are won.

Could not have said it better. Well maybe. Definetly Bosa. He almost always drew double teams. That will help Fowler a lot.

I choose Bosa, IMO pass rush is our biggest need and Bosa will be a very good player, as I'm not totally sold on Ramsey as CB and I think he would play that role with the Gipson signing.

Am I the only one that likes Deforest Buckner more then Joey Bosa? Oh Ramsey for me!

No. They're pretty even I think. Quite a few "draftniks" have Buckner higher.

If Fowler Jr is healthy and does a great job at LEO having Joey Bosa at LE with Malik Jackson and Marks / or Odrick inside would definitely give opposing teams some anxiety problems..

What if you draft Ramsey & then draft Noah Spence (not as good as Joey Bosa) but might make a good LE? I'm going to say if they were both there I would probably lean towards Ramsey...
