Tunsil by a land slide. There will be a lot of upset fans if they reach for a DB like Ramsey and dont take who many think is the best player in the draft to protect their franchise QB. I just hope the take one or the other and not Bosa or Jack lol.
I sure hope so. I just don't think it's a lock their front office feels the same way.
Trade Joeckel to the Chargers for a 7th rounder. Chhhhammmppiiionnshiiipppp

Its never a lock. But the odds are against Ramsey. I just hope they take one or the other. Jack or Bosa please

Shut up bro they need to draft Tunsil. So we can draft Jack or Ramsey!haha

Joeckel would be good with Rivers. Rivers is smart and gets rid of the ball quickly so Joeckel wont be exposed so much.
I'm starting to get giddy with the thought of the 2 QBs and Tunsil going 1-3. Our choice from 2 of the big 3 would be something.
Ramsey at 3 wouldn't be a reach. More passing offense these days means you need more DBs. A player like Ramsey with that athleticism and versatility is hard to pass on. If he is there at 5 I would take him over Bosa and Jack. Personally drafting a LT doesn't sound as fun as drafting a QB, WR, DB, DE.

Good call. It's totally Bortles fault that Joeckel lacks, strength and urgency.

How about 2 QBs, Tunsil, and Buckner going 1-4? Then our choice of all 3, or even a trade down and still getting 1 of the big 3?

This scenario is not beyond reason. With the Rams moving up to take the QB, the value of the remaining QB (Goff or Wentz) goes up and someone will likely reach if they need one (or Cleveland will just take one). Tunsil lands in the Charger's lap. With Jerry Jones and his RB obsession in Dallas, it would not shock me to see him take Elliott, even with Ramsey/Jack/Bosa on the board.

What team would want to trade up, and for whom, assuming both QBs off the board?
I actually did my bachelors at UC San Diego and I know a lot of Charger fans and by a landslide they want Tunsil since their line for the last 3 years has stunk
Let's just say the Chargers would scare me a lot more with Ramsey replacing a horrendous Flowers at CB or barely hanging on Lowery at FS than I would be with Tunsil replacing an already solid Dunlap.

It's gotten a lot better since they drafted Fluker and signed Barksdale and Orlando Franklin, it was just decimated by injuries last year.
Dunlap/Franklin/X/Fluker/Barksdale is 4/5 of a very solid oline. But you do you Chargers trust me I hope they take Tunsil.

This is your problem - it would be a situation similar to last year and I don't think anyone would trade up to 5 for Lynch, Hackenberg or Cook.
And with a range of defensive options before us, I don't think we'd want to move down.
Weren't the Chargers also showing an interest in Jack though?

To be fair, he is partially correct. Of course Joeckel has his issues (we all know about that).
But, I remember a couple different seasons when both Aaron Rodgers and Big Ben were taking alot of hits/sacks. It was widely discussed and pointed out by the analysts how much of that was due to those QBs holding the ball longer while trying to make plays (which is not a bad thing,,it just results in extra hits sometimes).
Would you say that Rodgers and Big Ben are bad QBs? Of course not.
I think Bortles is in the same mold as these guys, where he has the ball longer at times trying to make something happen. I'm glad Bortles is that type of QB,, but it can lead to extra hits and problems while he does that.
That said,, Joeckel needs to get better soon or he'll be either replaced or at a different position.

Remember when we all thought Beadles was a great signing (except me). Caldwell and Jags fans got fooled because Manning made him look good. Rivers can do the same for Joeckel.

To me, if both Wentz and Goff are off the board, the only trade up that would make sense would be for a team like sf or Philly to deal up to get a LT ahead of Baltimore. But you could argue neither team really needs a LT to the point they have to trade up. Maybe if Philly wants Elliott, they may need to trade above Baltimore, but otherwise no deal appears to make any sense.

Your Draft Twitter buddies love Buckner to SD. Even with Ramsey on the board.
