Here you have it, the first mock draft with the new draft order.  The Jaguars are still predicted to take Myles Jack.  I personally think Browns still take a QB and Ramsey drops even further.  If he drops to 5, the Jags should grab him.

There's no way the Cowboys pass up on Ramsey.
