I still dont understand why they didnt just properly fade it lol

Make it all black and it will look much better. I don't mind it, but I'd prefer it to be all one color. Maybe a dark flat teal one? I think it needs an overhaul though.

Imagine how distracted the offensive opponent would be (laughing) if we lined up on D with these helmets !!!

It's a helmet.  Change the player inside the helmet if you want to make a meaningful change.

 

Also, I heard (don't know if true) that when they made the change, they are mandated by the league to stick with it at least 3 seasons.

The NFL has a rule which prohibits any other uniform changes for the first five years after an initial change.

I really like the helmets. I think I'll start a petition to keep them forever.

I doubt they make any changes to the uniform at all.
