Sounds like another future advocate for the easy money in Jacksonville.

I'm trying to see what position he plays, but it's not that easy. He's generally listed as an OT, and probably projects mostly to RT. That said, he played 3 years at RT in college before moving to LT for his senior season. With the Bengals he was used more at G, and his bio says he can play all five positions. He's not listed as having any starts, but his Bengals bio claims he started the last game in 2014 at LG. The Eagles listed him as a "guard/tackle."

They just signed him.... why would they cut him?


 

I'm guessing he was told how grueling training camp is in Jacksonville and decided he'd rather retire.

Not injury related.  Guess he got an honest answer when asked what his chances were of a roster spot, and didn't like the answer.

Hawkinson, Rashean, and MoJo all retired as Jags.
