Dang, won't work for Metro, they are owned by T-mobile or something like that. Here is a better link with instructions. http://9to5mac.com/2016/04/03/how-to-fre...mium-live/

I've got MetroPCS, which is T-Mobile network but somehow "not" T-Mobile.

I have zero complaints for the money.

0 complaints here too. I even have signal in some places I didn't have with Verizon many years ago

Wait until we get around to touch screens.
I have a T-Mbile data card around here somewhere.
I originally subscribed to T-mobile because they were inexpensive - while sacrificing depth of service. Not anymore. Their quality has improved by leaps and bounds over the last few years.

Yeah it's not bad at all when you're in a city and wayyyyyyyyy cheaper than my other options.

They're coverage is much better than it used to be.  I don't hit dead areas much anymore.  Plus, they throw in their international plan which allows unlimited text and data at no extra charge.  Calls are only 20 cents a minute.  A very nice feature when I travel overseas.  Shoot, I was Googling in the middle of Honduras.
As long as you have service. The place I have a vacation retreat, isn't serviced.

Yeah, very travel friendly. I've used them for that a few times, although now I usually just buy a prepaid SIM card.

That's a good thing for a vacation retreat, IMO.
