Quote:Who is hating? I am excited about Bortles, Hurns, A. Robinson and J.Thomas, but I am not gonna act like they are HOFs already,
no one saying they're hall of famers but for the first time since 2007, the national media has been very complimentary of this offense which is refreshing because before this off season jacksonville was a foot note on the national radar unless it was about relocation.

Those are some of the scores posted by the Jags last year. Optimism is great, and I think the team is really starting to build something competitive. But, I'm not gonna get carried away with any "offensive firepower" and "dream team" stuff quite yet. Maybe they'll prove me wrong this year,, I hope so.
Those scores notwithstanding, we averaged 23.5 a game, good for 14th in the league. That is even with a poor running game. with a healthy and upgraded o-line, plus Yeldon and Ivory, the offense should be much more balanced.

I agree. I'm hoping/thinking it should be more balanced this year. The team seems to be being built properly. The arrow is pointing up. I'm just not ready to proclaim "dream team stuff" yet though. To each their own though, no worries.
and I agree with you, it is not yet a "Dream team", and tbh, I think the last team to be called that was the Eagles, after the huge FA period they had, we see how that went! I'd much rather fly under the radar as long as possible.

Quote:Lee and Greene playmakers??? hahahahahahahahahhaa

Somehow that "dream team" only won 5 games LOL
'dream team'? Did we get a winning season in there somewhere and I missed it?

Greene could possibly be the best punt returner we've ever had and Lee is more physically gifted than all of them - if he stays healthy, look out.

These guys should all be better with more experience, and the W/L record should improve with an improved defense.

The past is the past - let it go and look forward.  Or don't.

Youth and inexperience are a recipe for inconsistency.  Hopefully we can improve in that area next season.

Lee and Greene are our worse weapons. But they are playmakers.

Thomas, Hurns, Robinson, Greene, Lee, Lewis, Yeldon, Ivory, Bortles.

That's "dream team" type stuff

Agreed, although you're leaving out the Jaguars three fastest skills players... Corey Grant, Arrelious Benn and Denard Robinson.

Quote:One thing is to get excited and another is being dumb and call those players playmakers when they've done nothing, call this team a dream team when they've done nothing.

Since when is punt returns for TDS nothing? Can u do it? In the NFL return the ball 80 plus yards? 60 plus yards? One play? Cause Greene done it at least twice. So troll on.
it would be great if we had the most wins in the league. hopefully that happens soon.

"Can you do it?" is that stupid question the best you can do?

http://www.nfl.com/player/rashadgreene/2...areerstats Just look at those beast stats, I bet Caldwell is getting a lot of offers for him, the Titans would probably give up the #1 pick for this great playmaker!! I wonder if we should accept it.

1 TD from a punt return OMG he must be the first player in NFL history to return a punt for a TD!!!
