Former Jag draft choice Will Rackley was cut by Jags after 3 seasons and signed with Ravens but was hurt in his first training camp.  Here's an interesting  article about what has happened to him after he had to retire due to head injury.

I personally followed Will closely since he is a fellow alumnus of Lehigh, an FCS  private school that had some decent seasons while he was on the team..  He was a First Team AA at the FCS level and was rated high by the experts the year he was picked by Gene.     He ended up starting as a rookie but injuries started hitting him and he was released and picked up by Ravens where the blow to the head eventually ended his career..

Interesting read.
Maybe this is just me but if you were an NFL prospect or player and concerned about this or felt you needed to know more, why wait on the NFL at all?

Consult a neurologist and make a decision for yourself. Seriously, these players are getting educated on this by a Will Smith movie?
I thought he was going to discuss the Gene Smith draft strategy.
