Here's I guy I haven't heard brought up much on here but he could possibly be a candidate looked upon to fill the LEO role outside of the first round.

Per Rotoworld:

Quote:In a CBS Sports poll of NFL personnel executives (scouts to general managers), Maryland edge rusher Yannick Ngakoue tied with Ohio State QB Cardale Jones as the most underrated player in the 2016 draft pool.

Jones and Ngakoue both received five votes a piece. "[Ngakoue] has an explosive burst off the edge and the flexibility to dip under the reach of tackles," CBS Sports draft analyst Rob Rang wrote, adding, "Evidence that he possesses the strength to hold up in the running game at the Combine, where he registered an impressive 26 repetitions on the bench press." The 6-foot-2, 252-pounder set a Terrapin record with his 13.5 sacks last season. He received a second-round grade from the NFL Advisory Committee following the close of the 2015 campaign. Per Rang, Ngakoue will be a busy boy in the weeks to come, as he has six workouts scheduled with NFL squads, as well as three team visits. The analyst notes that teams sporting both 3-4 and 4-3 defenses are showing interest.

Here's a good write up on him as well.

I've talked about him quite a bit,but nobody else does. Guy has a really good burst off the line. Thank you for joining the bandwagon, welcome!
At 6-2, 252, he seems pretty small to play DE in the NFL.

He's the perfect size as an LEO. For comparisons sake Chris Clemons is 6-3, 255.
Had a good bit of hype at the start of the season but its kind of died of now.

Watched his game against Ohio state last night and wasn't impressed. Non factor in the run game and didn't show much else.
Watched every single game this guy played in... Terps were so bad lately that he wasn't getting much hype. If he was on Clemson or Ohio St, you would be hearing him as a possible first rounder.

I love his game and would love to take him.
If available at the top of round 3 and we haven't addressed pass rush in any way, sure.

Looks like we're bringing him in for a visit.

1) Myles Jack

2) Ryan Kelly/Nick Martin

3) Yannick Ngakoue

Jack, Kelly, Ngakoue would be pretty much the absolute dream. I think it's probably 40/60 that the latter two will be on the board respectively, unfortunately...but it's possible.
4th round at the earliest

He's getting 2nd round grades.

That's why they use the new hipster word for tweener, "edge."

RDEs for pass rushers in our scheme, please.
He won't be there in the 3rd. I think he goes in the 2nd. Maybe we take him in the 2nd.

Woah! He's a 2nd rounder all day.

He was a 6th round projection by most analysts before combine/pro-day season and I don't really buy into him all of a sudden being a second rounder.

Just my opinion.  I would like to see the Jags land him - I just don't feel so confident about him that early.

If they go after him in the second - I'd love to be wrong  - but I think this may be a pre-draft hype situation stemming from all of the Von Miller buzz.

I'd hope not. I like him as a prospect, but more so as a mid round pick.
Watch his game against Ohio state playing mostly against Decker.

Looks like a nobody playing against a good tackle.

Still wouldn't mind him in the 3rd or 4th as he does have some potential.

He received a 2nd round grade prior to declaring for the draft.

This isn't any combine/pro day hype. He was getting high marks by actual NFL guys who make and have made draft day decisions.

Yeah I did. Said to myself "what's the difference between he and Chris smith?"

I'd take him in the 4th also strictly off potential/need.
