Anyone who thinks teams just release quality players in the prime of their career because they want to get more athletic is completely disconnected from reality.

I'm not normally scared of character, but this guy is a giant turd. That's the type of person he is and he won't change. If he gets 10 games, his career is probably over and if the rumor is untrue, its just a matter of time. He's a low class thug. Hard pass.

NFL suspended free agent S Will Hill 10 games for violating the substance abuse policy.
The Ravens cut ties with Hill, replacing him with ex-Chargers S Eric Weddle. Hill has been suspended four times since entering the league in 2012. Despite coming off a strong season, he's going to struggle to find a team willing to give him another chance. Hill won't be eligible to return until Week 11.
