Quote:That's the main base of support for Trump and Sanders.  It makes sense that those people will vote for pipe dreams rather than reality.  The more mature and "seasoned" citizens of this country are looking at what is happening and giving up.

You can choose to classify them as you wish, but I don't believe voter turnout will be an issue at all.

It is called living in a fantasy land ignoring reality.

Wow, Just Texas and VA alone....crazy.
Quote:At first I was going to agree with you, but the thing is.  For someone like me, I would vote against either Clinton or Sanders 99.9% of the time.  That 0.1% would be if Trump is the republican nominee.  I can not in good faith vote for him.  If he is the republican nominee, I'll probably for the first time in my voting life not bother to vote.  I suspect that there are many others just like me on both sides of the aisle.

Yup and for all the Bern victims there's always Jill Stein, hopefully the Hillary/Trump contest will push Gary or Jill to 5%.

Who are you voting for?
The governor of our great state endorses Trump. The man knows a winner when he sees one.

Once you put the joint/bong down (which ever method that you use) and look at the political climate, you might have a different opinion.  I still say that if Trump eventually gets the republican nomination, I will not vote.

The Presidential election process is being taken over by the uninformed and ideological voters in our country.  We are going to get what we deserve if Trump or Clinton or Sanders actually gets to the White House (not much difference between the three).

I personally am socking away as much cash as possible, and am going to sit back and watch the first generation in history actually leave the country worse off for the next generation for the first time.

And why do you think that is?

Wouldn't it be more beneficial for you to focus your hate and anger on what made it this way in the first place instead of someone who hasn't even been given a chance to fix it? It didn't happen overnight.

I vote 3rd until we get one, truthfully I'd prefer Gary (I voted him '12) and will vote him again.

Likely the direction I am going.

People like Trump are who made things the way they are. Lobbyists have screwed up the whole thing and Trump fits that category. He is one of the people who greased palms to get what he wanted. I don't think people should be cheering about bringing in an outsider when that outsider is one of the people who helped create the climate where everyone is this pissed off.

He lobbied, however he is still a nationalist. The desperation shown by corrupt Washington to keep him out of power is enough evidence for me that he will be good for our country. I could be wrong, but I'm willing to take that chance with him over anybody else still in the race. Looking to Hillary, Rubio or Cruz is literally voting for the same stuff we have had for decades.
Quote:Clinton campaign sending false flag staffers to Republican candidate rallies to protest as Trump supporters.

Want to talk about fascists? This is right out of their playbook (the communists, too). The general election is going to be crazy.

Well, that's some ironclad proof right there.

It's a known fact that people do this...
jagibelieve, hasn't the generation before us put us into this mess?  I'm having a hard time figuring out how a stagnant middle class and those voting have made us better?

Trump strikes a chord with every generation. If you have common sense, some of the things he wants to do will make sense to you.

I spoke with a woman in her 70s today that was very anti-Hillary and pro-Trump.

It's not a known fact it was instigated by Clinton's campaign, nor is it a known fact every other candidate DOESN'T do it.
Quote:http://www.cnn.com/2016/03/01/politics/d...ders-poll/

Sanders polls 55% to Trump's 43%

Clinton polls 52% to Trump's 44%

Rubio polls 50% to Clinton's 47%

Cruz polls 49% to Clinton's 48%

Translation: Republicans are going to regret nominating Trump when Hillary Clinton is sworn in as the next President. The rest of us will regret it, too, because we'll be stuck with Hillary Clinton instead of Rand Paul, John Kasich or Ted Cruz.

What you Trumpies don't get is that Trump has his 40%, and his supporter base will not increase much as the general election approaches. Nominating Trump is nominating failure. Meanwhile, you've got Cruz out there who can beat Hillary. Good move, Trumpettes.

Yeah I only put weight into polls that are around a week or two out from the election... i mean at one point the nation had Dr. Ben Carson as a very close 2nd to Donald Trump as the Republican nominee and he had to drop out early so...

& oh yeah they had Jeb Bush as winning it only two years ago....

When Donald Trump is the nominee he'll get at Hilary and win the polls & election
