Henne will never be Bortles

I get thats the idea. Who doesnt want Bledsoe with Tom Brady behind him. But the reality is that thats just not very likely. When Brady became the man Bledsoe went on to another team.


Ideally you would want the back up to be good too but Brett Favre and Steve Young evetually start and push the current starter either to another team or out of the league if they're better. Even a Kirk Cousins or Matt Schuab become a starter one way or another. Its just not realistic no matter how ideal it is.


If a guy has the ability to start he's gonna be a starter somewhere. Even Fitzpatrick is starting. The Hennes, Whitehurts and Daniels are the back ups to chooe from. Even Mark Sanchez is getting a chase to compete in Denver lol. If you get a guy who is equal level of the starter (even in idea), you wont have them for long.
