Fine.
Quote:Surgeon General. I cannot think of a better job for him, and I'm actually being honest about that.

I hope you realize, the Surgeon General doesn't actually do surgery.

I thought it was the Army's version of the Navy's Surgeon Admiral.

No?

oh the Senior VP of Football Technology & Analytics (what is that exactly)?

Is he the owner's son?
No, he's the Tenth Doctor in disguise.

Really? Jeez, next you'll tell me that the Secretary General doesn't actually dictate letters, or that a chairman doesn't build chairs.

My whole world is crumbling around me.  So are you gonna sit there, with a straight face, and tell me that the Postmaster General cannot order mailmen to go invade Canada when the looming maple syrup crisis hits?

No, he can't, but I hear that the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff gets some awesome bud.

Got it.

I see a pattern of people who have actually accomplished something endorsing Trump.

I thought that was pretty evident? Most backers wanna hitch their wagons to a leader or supposed winner so they can get a cabinet position..

It's nothing really "damning" or bad.  In the article, he did say that he wished that there was another choice.

The thing is, you will have two points of view.  The first point of view is going to be "who cares, he lost and dropped out".

The second point of view is "those that supported him should now support Trump"!

The point that he is making is that he wanted to support ideas and agendas of other candidates.  He essentially "settled" for Trump.
