The Rams move up from 15 to 5 to select their "face of the franchise" in either Goff or Wentz, instead of giving up a multitude of 1st round picks they offer Robert Quinn and a late rounder. As crazy as this might sound (considering Quinn is one of the most gifted pass rushers in the league) it wouldn't surprise me if the Rams tried to pull off such a deal, I think there's alittle pressure for them to find a legitimate franchise QB now that they're in a much larger media market, would you accept the offer?

Absolutely you do that deal. Can't see LA doing it though.
I think the 3 biggest needs left for the Jags are Corner, LB, and Center.  If Jack or Ramsey is available at 5, then take them.  Otherwise trade down and grab another CB and hopefully get Ryan Kelly at center.

Pass rush is still our biggest need and if Robert Quinn is being dangled over you, you absolutely pull the trigger.
I would not hesitate at that deal.
They wouldn't even have to give up a late round pick.  1st round pick straight up for a top young pass rusher?  Umm yes please.

Absolutely. Their 1st rounder plus Robert Quinn would be a steal
Absolutely yes.

OP said Quinn plus a late rounder.

It says we'd get their 1st round pick at 15
It's looking like more and more Denver may need to move up.......

GO JAGS!!

Rams would never do that. More likely they would offer something like:

Rams give 1st round pick, 2nd round pick, 4th round pick, 2017 2nd or 3rd round pick

Jaguars give 1st round pick, 4th or 5th round pick.

Maybe you get them to change that 4th rounder to a 3rd or get both of their 2nd round picks this year, but I doubt it.

Remember that St. Louis got the Redskins to bite and make that crazy RGIII trade, so Les Snead is not about to make that same mistake.

Not to mention, none of these QBs are the prospects that RG3 or Luck was.

No one is gunning for these QBs this year.
Yes, I'd take that trade without blinking. They could still get a good cornerback at 15 like Alexander or Apple. That fills 2 needs so all they need is to find an OTTO and guard or center in the 2nd and 3rd rounds.

Id look for the Eagles to go from 8th to 5th and give us their second rounder and maybe a fourth. They didnt switch for no reason.

The only way I'd trade down is if Ramsey Bosa and Jack are all gone.

If any one of the 3 are there, we stay put.
Then of course there are the Raiders at 14 and they have been known to suffer from cognitive dysfunction on Darft Dar.

These are second and third round prospects. No way Cleveland gives up the second pick for one of these guys.
