I expect the Jaguars to make an offer to Vernon and also try to lock up Irvin. If they get both of these players, they'll still pursue one of the guards (Sweezy or Allen) and a running back (Ivory). Have a feeling they won't get both Irvin and Vernon, however it would be great to get even one of those two. Not sure if they will be willing to overpay for cornerback or safety, however they may pursue a 2nd tier guy like McLeod at safety.
Rd. 1 Whoever is left between Jack and Bosa. This should be a no-brainer for Caldwell since this will be the BAP.
Rd. 2 Best corner or free safety- Fortunately, cornerback position is pretty deep. William Jackson, Fuller or Alexander (if his workouts aren't great he may drop).
Rd. 3 This is where I'd take the safety. Joseph is probably not available, but there are other possibilities like Darian Thompson.
Rd.4 Offensive tackle to develop. Beavers, Haeg or Theus would fit.
If this all played out, or even close, Jaguar fans will have legitimite optimism that this team would be more than capable of making the playoffs next season. Tomorrow will be a lot of fun to see who will be the next free agent in the fold.
