This is not who I want us to draft, but who I believe we will draft, if it were held today.

 

1. Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU

2. Dion Dawkins, OG/OT, Temple

3. Gerald Everett, TE, South Alabama

4. Trey Hendrickson, DE, Florida Atlantic

5. Julien Davenport, OT, Bucknell

6. Brian Allen, CB, Utah

7. Alek Torgersen, QB, Penn

7. Eric Austell, OG/OT, Charleston Southern

 

 

I could live with that:


- addresses the oline with 3 picks. Get our guard plus a tackle that could start in a year or 2.

- another weapon for Bortles/future QB

- a stud RB that gives the offense an identity

Honestly, it's going to be hard to screw this up as long as they get a starting guard and a RB. I would be okay with the above.

Good picks. But fournette is a pipe dream.

I think so.

 

I keep seeing him mocked in the 40-50 range.   I feel pretty good about him being there at 35.

I believe so. I highly doubt Lamp or Feeney will, but I'm pretty sure Dawkins will.

I could be happy with this draft. Seems realistic to me.

He might go just before, but I'm thinking he makes it to #35. ...that said, I just did a "fanspeak" mock draft and got him in round three.

Very little doubt that Dan Feeney is available at # 35. Lamp should go between #20 and #30.
