I think the article is a tad disingenuous when they say he will be treated like royalty.
I can attest to how child molesters are protected based on my brother's experience while in the big house. No, he isn't a perv. He did a short stretch for other stuff, but he relayed to me pretty much what the article says; you touch a pedo and years get tacked on. The only inmates they're kept isolated from are the ones doing "life without", who obviously have nothing to lose.

Subway's Jared Fogle Attacked By Prison Inmate
Former Subway spokesperson Jared Fogle suffered a good old fashioned beat-down in prison.
The convicted pedophile was jumped in the rec yard of Englewood prison in Colorado on Jan. 29, TMZ reported. He was attacked by a convicted armed robber, and it wasn’t much of a fight.
